IT Support Engineer

Install, test, implement, and decommission IT hardware, software, and infrastructure components, provide first-line IT support, and respond to user requests in line with SLA requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles
• Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or ITIL are preferred
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and IT service management practices
• Good understanding of hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support end users effectively
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
