IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer: performs installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, and assists users with IT-related concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or field technical support
• Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Experience in operating system installation, migration, and configuration (Windows 10 / Windows 11)
• Familiarity with endpoint security software installation and management
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, access point setup)
• Experience performing IT asset inventory, tagging, and documentation
• Good communication and user-support skills
• Willingness to travel to branch locations for deployment and maintenance activities
