Requirements
- Minimum 1/2 year of experience Account Managing VIP Manager or in a similar role within the iGaming industry
- Proven experience managing VIP portfolios and consistently achieving KPIs
- Strong understanding of player behaviour and lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident, engaging, and discreet
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and act strategically
- Passion for online gaming, customer service excellence, and delivering premium player experiences
