VIP Manager - iGaming

Magic Eden is looking for a VIP Manager to acquire and grow high-value players in the iGaming division. The role involves sourcing, relationship management, and data-driven retention. The successful candidate will own the full VIP lifecycle and drive retention, engagement, and net gaming revenue.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in VIP management, player development, or business development within iGaming / sportsbook / casino
• Proven ability to acquire and grow high-value players
• Strong network or experience sourcing VIP players via outbound, affiliates, or events
• Deep understanding of VIP player psychology, incentives, and lifecycle management
• Commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue
• Strong relationship-building skills with high-value, demanding clients
