Electronics Hardware Manager

Role Overview

Lead and develop Multimatic's Electronics Hardware Engineering team, delivering electronics for active & adaptive suspension, active aero, and powered closures solutions. Oversee all stages of electronics product development from concept to end of life.

What You Will Do

Design and develop electronics hardware, lead architectural development, monitor project progress, support continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with hardware design, test, and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Highly experienced in ECU architecture and detailed hardware design within a regulated industry
• Bachelor's degree or above in electronics engineering or an equivalent qualification
• Highly experienced with analogue and digital circuitry
• Design of electronics for low and high-power brushed and brushless motors and solenoids
• Excellent communication and customer liaison skills
• Design commissioning and debugging
• Taking a design from architecture through to production
• Design for qualification; EMC, environmental
• Experienced in document creation including specifications, design descriptions, design & test reports
• Experience in hardware reliability analysis, FMEA
• Experience in conducting root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
