Financial Controller

Role Overview

The Financial Controller will lead the Finance team, overseeing financial operations, and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership. This role is based onsite in Coventry, UK, and requires a senior finance professional with experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive, manufacturing, or engineering environment.

What You Will Do

The Financial Controller will manage month-end and year-end closure processes, prepare financial reporting packs, lead cash flow planning, and deliver financial insights to support senior leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
