Job Description
Join Multiply Labs as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and work alongside the CEO to support daily operations and decision-making. The role involves owning the CEO's time and attention, running their inbox and commitments, and executing tasks with high tempo and accuracy. This is a full-time, in-person role at Multiply Labs' San Francisco headquarters.
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience
- Extremely organized with near-obsessive attention to detail
- Fast thinker who can operate in ambiguity and autonomy
- High judgment—knows what matters and what doesn’t
- Tech-native and quick to learn new tools and systems
- Exceptional written communication: crisp, structured, and precise
- Calm, steady, and reliable under pressure and shifting priorities
