Job Description
Supervise a team of Field Service Technicians in a regional area, providing technical knowledge, training, and feedback. Travel up to 90% of the time to customers' sites, resolving technical issues and promoting additional revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent technical school diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar discipline
- 4 years of experience directly servicing MULTIVAC equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of database applications, ERP systems, and contact management systems
