Senior People Partner (12-month FTC)

Multiverse is seeking a Senior People Partner to provide strategic partnership to senior leaders across the business, driving performance, productivity, and team effectiveness. The successful candidate will be a strategic operator, comfortable switching between high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution.

Requirements

• Proven track record of partnering with high-growth tech organizations in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Strategic operator with ability to switch between high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution
• Commercial instinct with understanding of how people decisions affect business outcomes
• Credible partner with ability to build trust quickly with senior stakeholders while remaining approachable and supportive to teams
• Low ego with high impact, comfortable working across different layers of the organization and able to keep up with a high-growth business
