Job Description
This role is responsible for leading the People agenda across the UK and Europe for a number of strategic business units within Ant International, partnering directly with senior leaders to enable growth, scale, and performance in a fast-moving fintech environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating as a People Partner / HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong track record of partnering and influencing senior stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of UK employment law, with experience across European markets
- Experience working in a matrix environment, navigating multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Experience influencing L&D initiatives and shaping capability-building programmes, ideally in a scaling organisation
- Highly commercial mindset, with the ability to translate business strategy into people and capability outcomes
- Data-driven and insight-led in decision making
- Strong coaching capability and ability to build credibility quickly
- Passion for building high-performing, inclusive teams and scalable people solutions
