As a Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, ensuring people strategy directly supports business performance, growth, and long-term sustainability across a global, multi-jurisdiction environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior People Partnering / HR Business Partner role within a fast-paced, global environment
- Track record of influencing senior leaders and delivering business outcomes through people strategy
- Strong experience in organisational design, workforce planning, and leading complex change initiatives
- Commercially minded, with the ability to translate business priorities into practical people solutions
- Confident stakeholder management, with the ability to coach and challenge at senior level
- Data-literate, using insight to drive decisions and action
- Strong working knowledge of UK, US, and Canadian employment law, with the ability to operate effectively across multiple jurisdictions
- CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent)
