Document Control Specialist

WHY Brands Inc. is seeking a Document Control Specialist to manage, track, and maintain documents, certifications, and product files in support of the Quality, Compliance, and Regulatory (QCR) function. The role involves developing and maintaining a database, creating a digital Document Management System (DMS), and assisting with regulatory and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Manage, track, and maintain documents, certifications, and product files
• Develop and maintain a database to ensure all documentation is organized effectively, accurate, and readily accessible
• Convert selected hard copy files to digital format and maintain within DMS
• Assist in the coordination of efforts associated with the preparation and submittal of federal and state regulatory documentation
• Respond to requests for documentation and distribute them as needed
• Assist in the tracking and receipt of product test samples and consumer returns
