Job Description
The Maintenance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that Reactive Work is undertaken in an efficient and effective manner, while achieving safety compliance and client satisfaction. This involves coordinating and completing maintenance tasks, building strong working relationships, and delivering reliable client service.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of building maintenance processes
- WA 'C' Class Drivers license
- Demonstrated experience in the supervision of contractors
- Proven ability to prioritize works and coordinate resources
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
