Maintenance Officer - Uptown

The Maintenance Officer will support the seamless functioning of all operational elements, maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, cleanliness, functionality, and emergency preparedness through general upkeep, routine maintenance tasks, and repairs.

Requirements

• Experience managing building services through trade experience
• Ability to deliver allocated projects and reactive maintenance on time and budget
• Ensure an awareness of a risk register and H&SE requirements
• Demonstrated understanding of contractor management
• Ability to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve maintenance issues
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with other departments, contractors, and tenants
• Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and manage multiple maintenance activities simultaneously
• Keen attention to detail to identify potential issues and ensure high standards of cleanliness and functionality
