Maintenance Officer - Bankstown Central

The Maintenance Officer is responsible for the general upkeep of the centre which involves routine maintenance tasks, required repairs, and actioning preventative maintenance tasks to avoid retailer and customer disruptions.

Requirements

• Experience managing building services through trade experience.
• Ability to deliver allocated projects and reactive maintenance on time and budget.
• Awareness of a risk register and H&SE requirements.
• Demonstrated understanding of contractor management through the issuing of permits and assistance if required.
• Demonstrated understanding of a planned and ad-hoc maintenance program.
• Demonstrated understanding of administrative duties.
• Proficiency in various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and general repairs.
