Murgado Sales Manager

We're looking for a Sales Manager who understands that the old playbook is dead. Hide the price, set the appointment, hope they show? That doesn't work anymore. Requirements

• Proven track record as a Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or GSM in automotive retail.
• Demonstrated ability to hold gross, structure deals, and lead a team.
• Experience with modern DMS platforms (Tekion preferred) and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
