Job Description
Brickell Mazda, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive dealership success. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales department, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, manage and mentor the sales team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. The role requires leadership, sales strategy development, customer service focus, and operational management skills within the automotive industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual preferred- English & Spanish
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in dealership management software (DMS) and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
