Job Description
Brickell Mazda, part of Murgado Automotive Group, seeks a Pre-Owned Sales Manager to help sales representatives meet goals and maintain high customer satisfaction. Joining our team means becoming part of a supportive family with endless growth opportunities and promotions from within.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of proven success as a Used Car Manager at a high-volume franchise dealership
- Experience working with dealer solutions such as vAuto
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Advanced computer skills is a plus
- Proven track record of success
- Strong record of positive CSI ratings
- Team-oriented with a passion for coaching and development
- Import experience required
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Willing to submit and pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
