Job Description
Brickell Buick GMC, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking a Pre-Owned Sales Manager to help sales representatives meet goals and maintain high customer satisfaction. The role involves acquiring and purchasing vehicles, supervising sales staff, appraising trade-ins, managing inventory and advertising, and overseeing daily operations. The company promotes from within and offers growth opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of a proven track record of success excelling as a Used Car Manager at a high-volume franchise dealership
- Experience working with various dealer solutions such as vAuto
- Professional appearance and strong communications skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Strong record of positive CSI ratings
- Team-oriented with a passion for coaching and development
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Willing to submit and pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
