Requirements
- Lead and supervise the estimating team
- Evaluate opportunities for success and consistency with the business model
- Learn and operate a computer-based take-off and estimating system
- Assist in selling the project and negotiating with clients
- Participate in project kickoff meetings and progress monitoring
