Requirements
- Receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate with customers regarding order information, prices, shipping dates, delays, and issues.
- Communicate and coordinate with production team for order fulfillment.
- Workorder creation, Invoicing & Follow-ups Management including some customer specific requirements.
- Shipment Documents Management including verifying shipping documents such as BOLs.
- Arrange Trucks for pickup & deliveries; get quotations from designated brokers.
- Basic level English required– read/write/speak/listen
- Basic level Japanese preferred– read/write/speak/listen
- Maintains a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload
