Inside Sales Assistant

Inside Sales Assistant at Mutual Trading Co., Inc. and Miyako Oriental Foods Inc. in Baldwin Park, CA. Assist with order processing, shipment duties, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate with customers regarding order information, prices, shipping dates, delays, and issues.
• Communicate and coordinate with production team for order fulfillment.
• Workorder creation, Invoicing & Follow-ups Management including some customer specific requirements.
• Shipment Documents Management including verifying shipping documents such as BOLs.
• Arrange Trucks for pickup & deliveries; get quotations from designated brokers.
• Basic level English required– read/write/speak/listen
• Basic level Japanese preferred– read/write/speak/listen
• Maintains a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload
