Job Description
Moore & Van Allen PLLC is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Finance Paralegal to support attorneys on its Financial Services team on transactions with real estate collateral.
Requirements
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience in commercial real estate, including reviewing and analyzing real estate due diligence
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
