Job Description
Moore & Van Allen PLLC seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to assist with commercial real estate closings, review title and survey, and prepare closing documents. The ideal candidate will possess a four year degree and at least 3+ years of commercial real estate experience in a paralegal role.
Requirements
- Four year degree (or the equivalent)
- 3+ years of extensive commercial real estate experience in a paralegal role
- Paralegal certification preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional and self-motivated
- Strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills
