Legal Operations Analyst

MVB Financial Corp. is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to act as a key advisor to the Legal Team, providing legal technology administration, data analytics, legal process management, and contract governance. The ideal candidate will have an interest in corporate law and a desire to gain exposure to the fast-paced financial industry.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Legal Operations or Paralegal experience, or equivalent practical experience
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification
• Project management or agile certification a plus
