We are looking for a Junior Technical Manager to join our team at MVGM, the largest real estate service provider in the Netherlands. As a Junior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for the technical management of a residential real estate portfolio and ensure the quality and maintenance status of immovable property.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level with a degree in Building Technical Management, Building or Electrical Engineering
• Several years of relevant work experience in VvE and/or Real Estate Management or the construction industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Possession of a B driving license
