Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Technical Manager with a passion for real estate, specifically VvE management, to ensure the quality and maintenance condition of immovable property. The role involves preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets, requesting and evaluating maintenance work, and explaining planned maintenance activities during VvE meetings.
Requirements
- HBO work and thinking level with a degree in Building Technical Business Management, Building Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Several years of relevant work experience in VvE and/or property management or the construction sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent and result-oriented, structured, curious and critical
- In possession of a driving license B
