Junior Technisch Manager | VvE | Maastricht

We are looking for a Junior Technical Manager to join our VvE team in Maastricht. The position involves ensuring the quality and maintenance status of real estate, drafting maintenance budgets, and planning maintenance activities. We are looking for a team player with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and relevant work experience in VvE and/or real estate management or the construction sector.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level with a degree in Building Technical Business Administration, Building Science, or Electrical Engineering
• Several years of relevant work experience in VvE and/or real estate management or the construction sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Possession of a B driving license
