Job Description
We are a real estate service provider with a passion for people and real estate. As a Junior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for the technical management and sustainability of residential property portfolios, ensuring the quality and maintenance condition of homes and implementing the MJOP. You will have a lot of entrepreneurial freedom and be part of a close team.
Requirements
- Completed HBO education in a technical direction such as Architecture, or a Facility management or Real Estate education
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical ability and can handle ad hoc situations well
- Assertive, self-starting, and have a strong sense of responsibility
