Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Manager to join our team at MVGM Housing. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for the technical management and sustainability of residential real estate portfolios, ensuring the quality and maintenance condition of homes and implementing the MJOP. You will be the link between colleagues, clients, tenants, and suppliers, and will have a director's role with entrepreneurial freedom.
Requirements
- Completed HBO education in a technical direction such as Building, or a Facility management or Real Estate education
- Excellent communication skills
- Assertive, self-starting, and strong sense of responsibility
- Strong analytical ability and can handle ad hoc situations well
