Technisch Manager | VvE | Maastricht

We are looking for a Technical Manager to join our VvE team in Maastricht. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and maintenance condition of immovable property, preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets, and communicating with clients. You will be working in a dynamic environment with a lot of freedom to come up with your own ideas and initiatives.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level with a degree in a technical field
• Several years of relevant work experience in property management
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and result-driven, structured, learning and critical
• Possession of a valid driving license B
