Compliance and Quality Control Manager

As the Compliance and Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contract policies, procedures, and laws, as well as managing the Quality Control program. You will also participate in reviewing and updating policies and procedures, conducting audits, and making recommendations for improvement. This is a mission-critical role that requires a flexible schedule and ability to travel up to 50%.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
• At least two years of experience in a field related to security, law, social work, detention, corrections, or similar occupational area
• Demonstrated management and supervisory experience
• Two years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or a related field
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance
• US Citizenship
