Job Description
Implement IT services to ensure continuous availability of IT infrastructure, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues. Work with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth IT operations.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Experience working with common ticketing and monitoring tools
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Excellent analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to work
- Outstanding communication skills and assertiveness
- Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment, and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel
- Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (minimum level C2)
- Very good English skills, both spoken and written (minimum level B2)
