Job Description
Implement IT services, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, manage system configurations, and coordinate incidents. Ensure security and stability of IT infrastructure. Administer and optimize containerized applications and automate infrastructure provisioning using scripting and Infrastructure as Code. Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
- Experience working with common ticketing and monitoring tools
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Excellent analytical skills and solution-oriented approach
- Outstanding communication skills and assertiveness
- Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment, and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel
- Excellent German skills (minimum level C2)
- Very good English skills (minimum level B2)
