Flare is a leading provider of advanced benefits and onboarding solutions designed for the modern workplace. We’re hiring a mid-level Salesforce Engineer to keep our Salesforce platform running smoothly and to grow into a stronger developer/engineer over time.
Requirements
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer in a commercial or multi-team environment.
- Strong configuration skills: objects/fields, flows, validation rules, sharing, reports & dashboards.
- Some exposure to Apex and/or LWC – from work, side projects or self-learning.
- Comfort working with Sales and/or Customer Service stakeholders.
- Understanding of data model, security model and basic integration concepts (APIs, connected apps).
