Job Description
We’re hiring a mid-level Salesforce Engineer to keep our Salesforce platform running smoothly and to grow into a stronger developer/engineer over time. As a Salesforce Engineer, you will manage, improve, and modify our Salesforce platform to ensure it stays secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer in a commercial or multi-team environment
- Strong configuration skills: objects/fields, flows, validation rules, sharing, reports & dashboards
- Some exposure to Apex and/or LWC – from work, side projects or self-learning
- Comfort working with Sales and/or Customer Service stakeholders
- Understanding of data model, security model and basic integration concepts (APIs, connected apps)
