Job Description
The HR Assistant holds a Generalist job role responsible for supporting end-to-end HR administrative functions, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, handling disciplinary matters, maintaining accurate HR records, hostel management and providing comprehensive support to employees and clients.

- Ability to work online from home independently
- Good data management including data entry and processing skills

- Good with Microsoft office software, project management and other software that support operational excellent
- Ability to multi-task and yet be accurate in the task
- Adaptable and high-stress tolerance
