Bioinformatics Analyst I

The Bioinformatics Analyst I position supports the myChoice CDx and related products. This role will assist various groups in interpreting the failed, inconclusive, or complicated results that are output by the myChoice CDx assay, as well as assisting with FDA required analyzes. The position will also assist in the development of new myChoice products as well as related R&D endeavors.

Requirements

• General knowledge of molecular biology laboratory techniques
• Strong quantitative skills, including proficiency in R, Python, or Perl
• Basic understanding of Unix/Linux environment and standard bioinformatics tools
