Job Description
The Bioinformatics Analyst I position supports the myChoice CDx and related products, providing bioinformatics support to the R&D team, evaluating and reporting NGS data/results, and assisting with FDA required analyzes.
Requirements
- General knowledge of molecular biology laboratory techniques
- Strong quantitative skills, including proficiency in R, Python, or Perl
- Basic understanding of Unix/Linux environment and standard bioinformatics tools
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
