Business System Analyst III - Salesforce Business Systems Analyst - Remote

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will help design, build and support solutions on the Salesforce platform that solve business problems and improve user experience.

Requirements

• Salesforce administrator and/or developer certifications
• Minimum 4 years working directly in Salesforce. Life sciences industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and data management.
• Thorough understanding of Salesforce automation tools such as Flow.
• Exposure to Salesforce programmatic tools such as Apex, Javascript and SOQL.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, objects, and relationships.
• The ability to analyze business processes and requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users.
