Strategy Director

This is a US based remote position. The Director of Strategy will lead the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of strategic growth opportunities to drive competitive differentiation and long-term growth within Myriad’s business.

Requirements

• Evaluate new growth and operational opportunities
• Analyze industry trends, competitive intelligence, customer needs, and regulatory changes to identify high-impact strategic initiatives
• Develop robust business cases and investment theses for new offerings, partnerships, data products, and enterprise innovations
• Serve as the strategy lead for multidisciplinary teams evaluating a broad range of cutting-edge opportunities across diagnostics, multimodal data, and advanced analytics
• Facilitate alignment between scientific leaders, data scientists, engineers, market intelligence, lab directors and commercial teams to assess feasibility and market potential
• Partner with R&D, Bioinformatics, Clinical Development, Finance, Operations, and Digital teams to evaluate capabilities for proposed product roadmaps
• Collaborate with Finance on the development of models to forecast cost-optimization opportunities and commercial impact of novel products and services
• Support partnership discussions with technology companies and vendors
• Prepare executive-level presentations, recommendations, and strategic updates
