Director, Strategy

C3 AI is seeking a Director of Strategy to shape and accelerate C3 AI's go-to-market strategy. As part of the Strategy team, you will drive critical go-to-market initiatives, including crafting proposals, delivering business insights through research and analysis, and creating executive-level presentations and value models for industry-specific use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (required); MBA from a top-tier school (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in developing strategic plans and metrics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing executive-ready strategy documents.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and executive stakeholders.
• Interest in Enterprise AI and experience in one or more of the following industries: Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, AI agents, or automation platforms) to enhance personal or team productivity — particularly in strategy, sales, or business development contexts.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.
