Job Description
We are hiring a Recruiter Intern to work on our platform in Jakarta. As a Recruiter Intern, you will be responsible for identifying clients' hiring needs and developing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements
- Domicile in Jabodetabek
- Fresh graduate or experience in the same field is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process
- Strong analytical skills, good service orientation, and team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS databases, and statistical packages
- Strong ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality
