Recruiter Intern: Jawa Timur Area responsible for identifying clients' hiring needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and managing the entire recruitment process.
Requirements
- Domicile in Jawa Timur
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Internship or experience in the same field a plus point
- Comfortable working with a diverse range of candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process
- Strong analytical skills, good service orientation, and team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS databases, and statistical packages
- Strong ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality
