Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter Intern to conduct sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates for Promotor positions and other assigned projects.
Requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relevant majors
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with data.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets.
