Job Description
As a Recruiter Intern, you will be responsible for conducting sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates, as well as creating recruitment materials and coordinating with internal teams.
Requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relevant majors
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with data
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets
