Job Description
Supervisor Recruiter responsible for recruiting and managing a team of recruiters in the outsourcing or sales industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources or business-related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience as a recruiter in the outsourcing or sales industry.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Residing in Jakarta or surrounding areas.
- Skills in team management and coordinating recruitment activities.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, interviews, and candidate assessment.
- Ability to source potential candidates through various platforms.
