Job Description
MyRobin.ID is hiring a Recruiter to identify job positions, create recruitment materials, meet workforce requirements, conduct screening and interviews, and review CVs and supporting documents. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in recruiting within the Logistics industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time well and work within tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting within the Logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of profiles and qualifications sought for various roles in the Logistics industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
