MySigrid is looking to hire a Senior IT Support Specialist to join a cross-functional team in developing scalable software solutions. The role involves technical support, troubleshooting, infrastructure management, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead capacity
- Proven expertise supporting Windows and macOS environments in an enterprise setting
- Advanced knowledge of IT troubleshooting methodologies for hardware, software, and network issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint) and Microsoft Admin Center
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure
