IT Support Specialist (Remote - Hybrid)

MySigrid is looking to hire an IT Support Specialist to join its cross-functional team in developing scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, Windows and MacOS environments, and Microsoft Office 365 suite. The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in any industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related field
• Experience supporting Windows and MacOS environments
• Knowledge of common IT troubleshooting methods for hardware, software, and network issues
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Teams, OneDrive, OneNote) and Microsoft Admin Center
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
