Job Description
Mystic Valley Regional Charter School is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Elementary Teacher to serve students in Grades 4–6. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to academic excellence, structured classroom instruction, and the development of a positive, high-expectation learning environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data, assess student progress, and make informed instructional decisions
- Strong understanding of school policies, state and federal regulations, and MVRCS expectations
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a team-oriented environment
- Strong instructional, organizational, and classroom management skills
